Pea coats, Peacoats and more mens Pea coats...  This seems to be the season to go hunting for Wool Pea Coats or as the case may be, go hunting in your classic wool pea coat.   The tried and true Vintage Wool Pea Coat has past the test of time from the days when only navy men wore the weather hardened wool pea coats, to now when the likes of Ted Baker come out with their classy version of the Pea Coat and Ben Sherman, another English line brings to market there version of the classic wool pea coat.  And not to forget the new kid on the block, the G Star Pea Coat which embodies both ruggedness and strong bold looks.

Right now there are plenty of versions of the vintage wool pea coat for men to choose from.  Ben Sherman released their Silencer vintage pea coat which you can find in both chocolate and black and you can find both Revoak Brown wool pea coats from Ted Baker and Black wool pea coats from Ted Baker out also out of England.  You may also find your favorite men’s wool pea coat comes out of Holland.  That’s right, G Star have a version  the Garber vintage wool pea coat in Black and the G Star Garber pea coat in navy for the more traditional look as well. 

By any other name the Wool Peacoat is the classic navy coat that you will see in the old WWII photos, keeping the young sailors warm.  The Classic wool pea coat may also be called a double breasted pea coat, Vintage wool peacoat or just simply Wool Pea Coat.
